Akrasia
Är det någon som vet något om akrasia eller "viljans svaghet"? Jag ska göra ett projektarbete om det och behöver veta vilka som har diskuterat det här ämnet och var man kan hitta deras förklaringar till problemet. Det jag ska göra är att jämföra olika förklaringar.

Hjälp, hur kommer det sig att just du skall göra ett projektarbete när du inte ens själv kan söka efter informationen utan att be andra om hjälp?
Du är fel man/kvinna på fel plats, avstå från projektet!

Jag menar inte att någon ska göra projektet åt mig, jag behöver bara lite tips på vart man kan hitta material. Det är ett väldigt svårt ämne att hitta material till, jag kan ju inte leta igenom alla filosofiska böcker för att komma fram till något. Det är inte så att jag inte letar själv, jag har sökt på alla bibliotek i min stad, jag har sökt på Internet och så har jag frågat min lärare och andra människor. Jag tänkte bara fråga här också om någon råkade veta någonting om det.

Nu har jag och min kompis som jag gör arbetet tillsammans med hittat några böcker, många av dem är böcker av en massa grekiska filosofer som inte har någon innehållsförteckning, inga kapitel eller ens styckeindelning! Vad gör man då? Läser igenom hela boken?
Finns det någon som har något tips?

Akrasia är när man handlar på ett sätt, fast man vill handla på ett annat sätt, som man också vet är det bästa sättet att handla på. Ett exempel är att man vill vara miljövänlig men ändå låter bli att sopsortera och duschar i 40 min. Eller när man köper en chokladkaka fast man vet att det bara kommer att göra en trött och okoncentrerad under eftermiddagen. Det skulle vara mycket bättre att köpa någonting nyttigt - men ändå gör man inte det.
Det upptäcktes redan av Paulus: "det goda jag vill göra, jag inte men det onda jag inte vill, det gör jag." Anden är villig men köttet svagt.
